Recruitment Process

An account manager is appointed to a client based on their past achievements, diligence, attention to detail and general experience related to a specific client operations/Industry.

All candidates are thoroughly interviewed either face to face (when logistically possible), via Skype or telephone.

Background checks and Reference checks are carried out on all candidates, we manage contractual negotiations and offer general ad-hoc assistance to both Client and Candidate once acceptance of candidate has completed
