MEDICAL

-    All Medicals to be conducted at a registered Travel Clinic.
-    Heart/Lung function test under stress.
-    Heat stress test where applicable.
-    Eye test. Especially for Electricians and Instrumentation Disciplines.
-    Audiogram test.
-    Lung Function test (Spironetry).
-    Yellow Fever inoculation compulsory for all Countries.
-    Recommended inoculations. Clinic will decide, depending on the Country to be visited.
-    Blood pressure test.
-    Full physical examination.
-    Urine test.

VISAS

-    Application form various Embassies.
-    Valid Passport for at least 6 months.
-    2 x Passport photos.
-    Round trip itinerary.
-    Inelek Company letter stating his/her mission.
-    Invite letter from Client.
-    Police clearance where requested.
-    Work Permits arranged by Client on site.

FLIGHT BOOKINGS

-    Flight bookings to be done through Harvey World or cheapest quote.
-    Travel insurance compulsory.

CANDIDATES CV'S

-    Candidates to be interviewed by Inelek.
-    Candidate’s CV to be sent to Client for final approval.

GENERAL

-    Personnel to be seen off at Airport to hand them the necessary travel documents.
-    Travel money if necessary.
-    Parcels if necessary.
